Dr. Christian Scherpe
Dr. Christian Scherpe has worked for over 20 years as a management consultant and in various management positions, in particular as a CIO in medium-sized companies. With this background, he successfully takes on mandates as an interim IT manager, advises on IT strategy and digitization, and manages projects from planning to implementation to go-live.
His particular technical focus is on the new implementation and further development of SAP landscapes, process management, standardization and the use of cloud solutions. In addition, he enjoys building organizations, developing employees, and in addition to projects, building professional support according to international standards such as ITIL.
Extensive knowledge in project management and experience in international environments complete his profile. In addition, he has built up a network of other consulting firms, manufacturers, and individual consultants whom he can call upon for specific issues.
Dr. Scherpe studied computer science with business administration at the University of Hamburg and subsequently earned a doctorate in computer science.
Anika Scherpe
Anika Scherpe is an expert in accounting processes and ERP implementations. As a certified SAP consultant for the modules FI and CO, she was part of several international SAP projects for the implementation of templates in large corporations as well as in medium-sized companies. Within the scope of these consulting projects, she worked for several years in other European countries as well as in Brazil and the USA.
Subsequently, Ms. Scherpe gained 5 years of management experience as a team leader in a media company and was responsible for the operation and further development of the financial systems together with her team.
Since becoming self-employed, Ms. Scherpe has been advising clients both as an SAP consultant with detailed implementation in the system and at management level in project management. She demonstrates her structured approach in particular when setting up new projects, e.g. defining project standards, communication structures, project controlling and quality management.
Anika Scherpe studied Business Administration / Corporate Management at the WHU - Wissenschaftliche Hochschule für Unternehmensführung - in Vallendar, with semesters abroad in Venezuela and France. Her studies focused on international business relations, external accounting and production management.
